The Treatment Skin Boutique exists to make people look and feel like the best version of themselves - through aesthetic skin treatments by expert providers. Were growing and we need a leader who can grow with us.
This isnt a clipboard role. This is a leadership role where your primary focus is guiding the business and developing your team - from hiring and coaching to performance and day-to-day operations.
THE ROLE
Youll oversee Newport Beach San Clemente a team of 12 people across multiple boutique locations. Youll split time between two beautiful coastal locations.
This is a high-ownership position. Youll have real authority and real accountability.

WHAT YOULL OWN
- Lead coach and develop a multi-location team of 12 employees
- Drive revenue growth across services injectables and retail
- Hold your team accountable to performance metrics and help them get there
- Own staffing decisions scheduling strategy and payroll efficiency
- Maintain strong operational standards: inventory compliance daily execution
- Ensure a consistent elevated client experience across every location
- Partner with leadership on marketing campaigns events and community presence
- Budget for your locations and report on financial performance
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Consistent month-over-month revenue growth across services and retail
- Strong team performance low turnover high engagement
- Growing treatment attach rates and product sales

THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF
- Youve led high-performing teams in med spa high-end retail or hospitality
- You understand how to drive revenue through people not just process

THIS ROLE REQUIRES
- Comfort with direct performance conversations
- The ability to operate independently
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced high-accountability environment
SCHEDULE
- Boutiques open 7 days/week
- Primarily weekday presence; occasional weekend coverage
- Nights are reserved for events and inventory
COMPENSATION BENEFITS
Base Salary
$70305 - $75000 annually
Bonus Potential
This role also includes quarterly performance-based opportunities tied to revenue and overall boutique performance.
Total Comp
Strong performers have the opportunity to reach $90k-$100k in total earnings. Bonus structure timing and eligibility are outlined in a separate plan.
