About the Opportunity

First Parking is seeking a driven Accountant to join our team reporting directly to the Finance Manager.

This is a hands-on role where youll move beyond routine accounting and play a key role in delivering accurate financial insights improving processes and supporting business performance across multiple sites.

What youll be doing

• Preparing monthly financial reports and performance analysis
• Managing general ledger reconciliations and journals
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities
• Overseeing AP/AR processes and cash flow
• Ensuring compliance with BAS GST and statutory requirements
• Assisting with audits and stakeholder engagement
• Identifying and implementing process improvements

What were looking for

• Degree in Accounting Finance or similar
• CA/CPA (completed or in progress)
• 25 years experience in a similar role
• Strong financial reporting and analytical skills
• Systems experience (Xero MYOB SAP or similar)
• Advanced Excel capability
