Job Description:

Private Duty Registered Nurse RN

Warsaw IN Hiring Immediately

3 days a week. One patient. Full-time hours.

No rotating shifts.
No overloaded assignments.
No chaos.

This is a set predictable schedule where you can actually focus on your patient and still have 4 days off every week.

Schedule

Saturday Sunday Monday
6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
36 hours full-time status
Open to 10-hour shifts if needed 4 days a week

What You Will Do

Provide skilled 1:1 nursing care in the home
Follow and adjust the plan of care
Monitor patient condition and report changes
Communicate with physician and care team
Complete timely and accurate documentation

What You Need

Active RN license
1 year nursing experience
Comfortable working independently
Reliable transportation
Ability to assist with patient mobility up to 50 pounds
