You willbe responsible forinfluencing business strategy for people-related issuesandinthe same time you willwork operationally with HR issues.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Partner and build relationships with key stakeholders understanding the commercial/supply chain impact ofpeopledecisionsin order tofulfil businessobjectives providing an outside-in lens (plant roadmap people plan factory of the future)

  • Oversee site labor relations strategy including elements of communication and works council relations and compliance

  • Drive engagement on the plant culture agenda; coach leaders on the key cultural elements encourage and develop leaders intheirresponsibilityand organizational values being the custodian ofhigh performancework systems and ensure an effective plant learning management

  • Partner with leadership team on strategic priorities from workforce planning insights and decisions to talent acquisition leadership development early career programs career pathing succession planning and mobility and strategic talent reviews

  • Support plant leadership with full scope HR issues such as effective management of time and attendance systems and attendance policies as necessary coaching plant director and plant leadership pillar in line with plant needs/KPIs support performance calibration where applicable

  • Leverage data analytics to drive solutions and decisions that translate into actionable plans toimpactthe bottom line and enable business strategy. Inform and update People Services of any locallegaland regulatory changes in market

  • Leadpeopleprocess/impact of any plant transformation with effective change management.

  • BroadHR experience across a range of populations and range of seniority

  • Strong experience of working with trade unionsin Norwayto deliver change

  • Demonstrated experience in managing occupational health and safety matters and fostering a positive and compliant work environment.

  • Experience of interpersonal savvyworkforce planning and dealing with ambiguity

  • HRexperience of workin manufacturingin Norway

  • Proven ability to navigate and thrive within a complex matrixed organizational structure.

  • HR leader with an active curiosity insight orientation and external perspective about people and business performance.

  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills

  • A highly proactive and driven mindset with the ability to drive initiatives forward independently

  • Proventrack recordas a trusted credible business partner with ability to engage inspire anddevelopment oriented

Education / Certifications:AUniversitys degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field or equivalent practical experienceis.

Job specific requirements:

  • Experience working with Workday and/orLean Six Sigmait is good to have

  • Experience in FMCG sector is good to have

  • Norwegian and Englishproficient speaker and writeris
