Were looking for a Norwegian-speaking Senior / Lead Solution Consultant with strong experience in Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) and API Management ideally within the Microsoft ecosystem. Youll be part of a highly skilled international team while also acting as a local expert and driving force for growth and delivery in Norway.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys combining hands-on architecture customer engagement and strategic influenceand who is motivated by making a visible impact.

What youll be doing

• Act as a trusted advisor to customers leading integration and modernization initiatives
• Design and shape architecture solutions involving streaming data and modern integration platforms
• Translate complex technology into clear engaging conversations with stakeholders
• Play a key role in building customer relationships and expanding the business locally
• Support ongoing delivery while also contributing to winning new projects
• Provide thought leadership in integration and API managementboth internally and externally
• Help establish and grow the Norwegian setup working closely with a global team

What you bring

• Strong experience with Microsoft technologies especially Azure Integration Services and Confluent Kafka (experience with MuleSoftis a plus)
• Solid understanding of streaming data modern EAI practices and API lifecycle management
• Proven experience within solution architecture and integration consulting
• Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English with the ability to guide customers through complex transformations
• A hands-on mindset combined with a strategic perspective
