Working under the supervision of the VP of Sales and Marketing the Life Plan Counselors mission is to manage prospect lead development prospective tours and move-ins and Welcome Home database.

Job responsibilities include:

• Responsible for the sales effort to support the achievement of required occupancy levels and move-ins for Paradise Valley Estates independent living.
• Interact with both current PVE residents and prospective residents and families to educate them in the benefits of the programs available for independent living.
• Responsible for community outreach and educating the public with regard to Paradise Valley Estates.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated individual with an ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong time management and problem solving skills.
• Ability to maintain poise and professional appearance
• Ability to multi-task prioritize and deal with frequent interruptions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Prior experience preferred but not required.
