About the Role
As our Maintenance Supervisor Programs youll ensure Link Wentworth delivers highquality safe and compliant homes across our portfolio. This handson role oversees planned and cyclical maintenance programs property modifications technical inspections and void works to ensure homes are ready for new tenants as quickly as possible.
Youll scope and inspect works coordinate contractors manage variations and invoices and ensure all work meets safety compliance and quality standards. Your contribution will directly support tenant wellbeing organisational performance and longterm asset sustainability.
What Youll Do
- Deliver planned and cyclical maintenance programs including scoping site inspections contractor coordination and approval of variations/invoices.
- Manage void property maintenance to meet turnaround KPIs ensuring properties are safe and ready for letting.
- Conduct technical inspections and oversee disability modifications in line with OT reports and internal policies.
- Monitor WHS compliance conduct safety inspections and ensure work meets building codes and Australian Standards.
- Review contractor performance maintain accurate work order records and ensure valueformoney outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Tenancy Services Asset Operations and external contractors.
About You
You are proactive organised and solutionsdriven with strong technical and stakeholder management skills. You thrive in a fastpaced environment and take pride in delivering quality outcomes.
You Bring:
- A trade qualification contractor licence or relevant industry experience.
- Experience in maintenance construction asset management or related fields.
- A solid understanding of WHS responsibilities.
- Experience in social housing or disability accommodation (desirable).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Commitment to social justice inclusion and Link Wentworths values.
You Also Have:
- A valid National Police Check (within 6 months).
- Willingness to meet vaccination requirements.
- A current NSW drivers licence and reliable roadworthy vehicle.
- Ability to work from a Link Wentworth office up to five days per week as required.
