A locally owned and operated civil and transportation engineering firm is seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager for Land Development to lead design teams and subconsultants to deliver high-quality site and residential development projects. This role is responsible for technical leadership project execution client satisfaction and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities: Lead site development and residential land development projects. Direct internal design teams and subconsultants. Develop scopes cost proposals and negotiate contracts. Manage project budgets schedules and resources. Maintain and grow client relationships. Supervise mentor and develop engineering staff. Ensure QA/QC and technical accuracy throughout projects. Apply strong civil engineering and technical expertise. Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D in project delivery. Manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering. 8 years of relevant land development experience. Arizona PE license or ability to obtain within 3 months. Proven client relationship and contract negotiation experience. Strong ability to manage technical teams and projects. Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D. Strong organizational leadership and communication skills.
