Dollys Dream Community Development Program Manager
Dollys Dream is looking for a dynamic and strategic Community Development Program Manager to lead the co-design of bullying prevention and early intervention programs in rural regional and remote communities. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in designing delivering and evaluating community-based projects ideally in prevention or early intervention who thrives in a collaborative and purpose-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design delivery and evaluation of bullying prevention and early interventionprograms in rural regional and remote communities.
- Develop place-based community-led initiatives that build connection resilience and local capability.
- Ensure continuing monitoring and evaluation to demonstrate impact and improve delivery.
- Apply strengths-based trauma-aware practice.
- Lead engagement and co-design to implement local strategies that reduce bullying and reduce bullying and strengthen respectful relationships.
What You Bring:
- Demonstrated experience in designing delivering and evaluating community-based programsideally in prevention or early intervention.
- Proven ability in co-designing initiatives with communities engaging diverse stakeholders and amplifying community voice.
- Experience in using data evidence and needs assessments to inform program development and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with trauma-informed and strengths-based practice.
- Excellent facilitation and co-design skills including working with young people and community groups.
