Fleet Ambassador

The Vibe: Your Role as Fleet Ambassador 

You arent just checking vans; youre the Guardian of the Fleet. Youll ensure our tech and vehicles are safe legal and looking sharp. Youre the person who keeps the operation moving smoothly and safely.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Tech-First Inspections: Use our vehicle app to track the condition of our fleet.
• The Safety Pro: Ensure all 3.5T vans are within weight limits and pull any vehicles that arent up to standard (VOR).
• Problem Solver: Help drivers report defects and ensure theyre fixed ASAP.
• Site Management: Keep the depot flowing safely managing traffic and equipment like fuel pumps and jump packs.
• Brand Boss: Make sure our drivers are rocking the DPD uniform and the vans are sparkling.

Weekly Focus:

• Stay organized using Google Calendar to track vehicle notices.
• Collaborate with the Transport Team to review any outstanding repairs.
• Manage stock (lights mirrors etc.) and keep our HGV fleet data accurate.
