Job Summary
Key Responsibilities (High Level)
- The Legal Counsel will provide endtoend legal contractual and strategic advisory support to the Europe Generics (EUG) business.
- Act as primary legal partner to Internal teams.
- Support commercialization product launches and new business models
- Enable licensing distribution and collaboration transactions with structured riskbalanced contracting.
- Drive efficiency through clause standardisation CLM adoption and digital legal initiatives.
- Ensure SLAdriven highquality legal support and strong stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications :
Qualifications & Experience
- Law degree from a recognised university; LL.M preferred.
- PQE (5-7 years) in inhouse legal roles or toptier law firms.
- Understanding of European legal and regulatory environments is preferred
