Job Summary

Role Overview
This role supports the Companys secured lending real-estate-backed financing and capital-raising
activities. The position offers hands-on exposure to loan documentation security creation and
RBI-regulated transaction processes.
Key Responsibilities
Lending & Security Documentation
Assist in drafting reviewing and vetting
o Loan agreements (construction finance LRD LAP structured credit)
o Mortgage deeds hypothecation deeds guarantees and security documents
o Debenture Trust Deeds and Inter-Creditor Agreements
Support securitisation and direct assignment documentation.
Assist in capital market issuances (unlisted NCDs CCDs OCDs).
Transaction Execution & Closure
Prepare and track conditions precedent (CP) and ensure timely closure.
Assist with post-disbursement documentation and security perfection.
Coordinate with trustees external counsels and internal operations teams.
Regulatory & Internal Support
Conduct legal research on RBI directions applicable to NBFCs.
Support preparation of board notes transaction summaries and internal trackers.
Maintain systematic documentation repositories with version control.
