Job Summary
Job Description:
1. Legal Documentation & Contracts

Draft review and vet agreements such as contracts MOUs NDAs vendor agreements and lease agreements

Assist in preparation and review of legal documents including Sale Agreements Sale Deeds and other property-related documentation (for real estate roles)

Maintain proper documentation and version control of all legal records
2. Compliance & Regulatory

Ensure compliance with applicable laws regulations and company policies

Coordinate with the Company Secretary for statutory and regulatory filings (MCA ROC etc.)

Track and manage legal compliance calendars
3. Litigation & Dispute Management
-
Assist in handling legal notices disputes and litigation matters

Coordinate with external legal counsel and follow up on case progress

Maintain records of ongoing and closed cases
4. Due Diligence
-
Support legal due diligence for land acquisition vendor onboarding and partnerships
-
Verify property documents titles and approvals (for real estate context)
5. MIS Reporting & Presentations
-
Maintain MIS trackers for legal cases contracts and compliance status
-
Track case details updates and timelines to ensure timely follow-ups
-
Prepare reports and presentations for internal reviews management meetings and audits
