Purchasing Specialist (mfd)

We are looking for an organized employee for our purchasing department.

Your Tasks

• You are responsible for determining requirements and procurement planning
• This includes coordinating and monitoring delivery dates/quantities
• You obtain quotations and evaluate them regarding operational requirements
• You also select suitable suppliers with whom you negotiate prices and conditions
• You review develop and implement the companys procurement strategy to ensure a smooth purchasing process
• This includes identifying potential savings throughout the supply chain

Your Strengths

• Completed commercial training studies in the field of business administration (BWL) or similar qualification
• Ideally you have already gained experience in technical purchasing
• You have a good knowledge of MS Office and already have experience with ERP systems
• You are characterized by a structured and independent way of working
• You have a convincing personality with good negotiating skills
• Fluent German and good English skills are required
