Prepare accurate estimates for commercial roofing projects by reviewing drawings completing take-offs conducting site inspections and collaborating with suppliers and internal teams. Support bid reviews budgeting and pre-construction planning.

Requirements:

5 years experience in commercial roofing estimating
Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems
Proficient with the EDGE Estimating Software
