About the role
This role applies Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improveefficiency quality customer outcomes and risk controls. The position focuseson delivering welldefined improvement initiatives and embedding sustainableprocess improvements into daytoday operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and deliver process improvementinitiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Analyse currentstate processes to identifyinefficiencies waste variation and control gaps.
- Identify opportunities to uplift processesthrough automation workflow optimisation and AI-enabled solutions ( handling exception management).
- Assist in the design and implementation ofprocess improvements that improve turnaround times quality and customeroutcomes.
- Ensure process changes are documented and handedover effectively to operational teams.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma tools consistently and inline with agreed standards.
- Work with operational teams subject matterexperts and support functions to deliver agreed improvement activities.
- Collect analyse and interpret processperformance data to support problem identification and solution design.
- Develop clear problem statements and contributeto business cases for improvement.
- Track and report on improvement outcomes andbenefits under guidance.
About You
The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience inprocess analysis and operational improvement ideally within a service-based orregulated environment where accuracy compliance and consistency are critical.A Six Sigma Black Belt certification is essential along with demonstratedexperience applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to real-world businesschallenges.
You will be comfortable working across cross-functionaloperational teams collaborating with stakeholders to understand currentprocesses identify inefficiencies and implement practical improvements. Withstrong process mapping and analytical capabilities youll approach challengeswith a structured methodical mindset and use data confidently to interpretperformance metrics and guide decision-making.
- Experience working in process analysisoperational improvement or a similar role within a servicebased or regulatedenvironment.
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification (mandatory).
- Practical experience applying Lean Six Sigmatools to realworld processes.
- Tertiary qualification in Business EngineeringFinance or a related discipline or equivalent practical experience.
- Structured problemsolving capability
- Ability to work with data and interpretperformance metrics
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and documentationdiscipline
