About The Role
Responsibilities Include:
- Lead the design execution and analysis of promotional tests and campaigns to measure impact and inform decisions
- Design robust testing approaches monitor tests throughout delivery and ensure data quality and reliability
- Analyse results to understand what worked what did not and why translating findings into clear recommendations
- Build and maintain a library of past tests documenting learnings and refining testing methods over time
- Develop dashboards and reporting that clearly communicate performance trends and customer response
- Provide senior analytical leadership by mentoring others setting quality standards and solving complex analytical problems
About You

You are a curious analytically rigorous problem solver who enjoys structuring complex questions end to end and turning data into clear decision-useful recommendations. You bring a customer-first mindset communicate confidently with a range of audiences including senior leaders and work collaboratively with others to deliver shared outcomes. You are adaptable proactive and comfortable operating with autonomy while maintaining a high bar for quality professionalism humility and accountability.
What You Will Bring
- Strong SQL capability and confidence working with complex datasets
- Experience using Power BI or similar tools to build dashboards and visual reports
- Proven ability to communicate insights through clear compelling data storytelling
- Experience designing and analysing tests or experiments to measure impact
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills including the ability to challenge assumptions constructively
- Three to five years experience in an analytical or commercial analytics role or equivalent depth through related experience
