Duties & Responsibilities
Job Description:
End-to-end leadership and accountability for the finance function
Stabilising and strengthening core finance operations
Reviewing improving and embedding strong financial controls and processes
Clearing backlogs reconciliations and historical issues
Cash flow management with clear visibility on liquidity
Preparing accurate audit-ready financial information
Supporting funding audit and stakeholder reporting
Acting as a strategic finance partner to leadership
Skills & Experience:
58years experience in a senior finance role with leadership exposure
Proven success in fast-moving evolving environments
Strong controls reporting and process expertise
Comfortable being hands-on and detail-driven
Experience supporting audits and engaging with external stakeholders
Qualification:
CA(SA) or CIMA (NON NEGOTIABLE)
