Duties & Responsibilities

What youll do:

As Head of Marketing you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the organisations brand. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with diverse teams to develop innovative campaigns that drive measurable results. You will leverage your expertise in behavioural science to create engaging narratives that resonate with customers while ensuring all marketing activities are aligned with broader business goals. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of digital platform dynamics strong interpersonal skills for managing internal and external stakeholders and a passion for nurturing talent within your team. You will be instrumental in establishing the company as a leader in its sector by delivering impactful marketing solutions that foster trust and loyalty among customers.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that reposition the brand and accelerate growth across digital platforms.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns that drive customer acquisition retention and engagement.
  • Utilise behavioural science and data analytics to inform customer-centric storytelling and enhance brand trust.
  • Collaborate closely with product sales and technology teams to ensure seamless alignment between marketing initiatives and business objectives.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling content that communicates complex product offerings in an accessible manner.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and partners to maximise campaign effectiveness and reach.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Establish robust measurement frameworks to track performance against key metrics and optimise strategies accordingly.
  • Champion a culture of collaboration knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the marketing function.
  • Mentor junior team members by providing guidance on best practices in growth marketing and brand architecture.

Desired Experience & Qualification

You should possess advanced analytical skills for interpreting customer behaviour data alongside exceptional storytelling abilities that simplify complex product offerings. A passion for nurturing talent within your team combined with outstanding communication skills will set you apart as a trusted leader capable of driving sustained growth.

  • Extensive experience (15 years) at senior leadership level within digital platforms marketplaces financial services retail FMCG or creative agencies.
  • Proven track record of successfully repositioning brands and scaling digital platforms through innovative marketing strategies.
  • Strong expertise in applying behavioural science principles to drive customer engagement and build brand trust.
  • Demonstrated ability to craft compelling narratives around complex products using data-driven insights.
  • Exceptional collaborative capability with experience leading cross-functional teams toward shared objectives.
  • Advanced proficiency in developing integrated campaigns across multiple channels including digital social media PR and offline media.
  • Experience managing agency relationships to deliver high-impact creative work aligned to business growth objectives.
  • Analytical strength in evaluating market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent mentoring capability with a clear commitment to developing and empowering junior talent.
  • Outstanding communication skills with sensitivity to diverse audiences and stakeholders.
