Regional Director Youth Program

Responsibilities may include:
- Management of the overall system of supports and services provided to individuals served within assigned region.
- Personnel management and coordination of service delivery.
- Ensure individuals service teams are operating and communicating effectively.
- Financial oversight of program.
Requirements for this position include:
- Four-year degree in social services or a related field.
- Previous Management level experience is required.
- Extensive experience in the field of developmental disabilities.
- At least 1 year of Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) experience.
- Extensive experience with youth in a residential setting.
- Quality assurance experience is preferred.
