We are seeking a skilled Engineer with PLS-CADD experience to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design and development of overhead power line projects ensuring accuracy safety and compliance with industry standards.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Design and model overhead transmission and distribution lines using PLS-CADD
Perform line routing profiling and sag-tension calculations
Prepare detailed engineering drawings and technical documentation
Conduct structural analysis of towers and pole structures
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including civil and project engineers
Ensure that designs comply with relevant standards and client specifications
Review and optimize existing designs for efficiency and cost-effectiveness

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 35 years relevant experience in power line design
Proficiency in PLS-CADD (essential)
Strong understanding of transmission and distribution systems
Knowledge of applicable standards and regulations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
