Location: Sofia Bulgaria (On-Site)

Languages Required:

• Romanian (C1)
• English (B2)

Flexible Working Hours:

• 40 hours per week 5 days a week with 8-hour shifts in rotational shifts.
• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM 10:00 PM
• Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM (local market time zone)

Your Typical Day and Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers via email chat and phone ensuring a positive and efficient service experience.
• Deliver exceptional customer service guiding clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our products brand and industry to provide accurate information and support to customers.
• Conduct research to gather relevant information and provide accurate responses to customer inquiries.
• Build trust and loyalty through positive interactions embracing new challenges with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
