Your Role
As a Customer Success Specialist you will support enterprise customers throughout their onboarding and implementation journey ensuring they successfully adopt and engage with the platform.
This is a non-sales position focused on customer enablement implementation guidance adoption and long-term customer success.
You will become the go-to expert for customers during their first weeks on the platform helping them maximize value and confidently navigate the product.
What Youll Be Doing
Customer Onboarding & Adoption
Guide new enterprise customers through onboarding and implementation processes
Conduct onboarding sessions demos presentations and customer orientations
Help customers tailor the platform to their business needs
Drive implementation progress over a 510 week onboarding cycle
Ensure successful customer adoption engagement and license activation
Customer Success & Relationship Management
Build trust quickly and develop strong customer relationships
Act as a strategic advisor by sharing product best practices
Monitor customer engagement and usage trends
Support customers throughout their lifecycle milestones
Deliver an exceptional customer experience through proactive communication
Product & Technical Support
Perform quality assurance checks to ensure integrations are completed successfully
Help triage troubleshooting tickets and support customer issue resolution
Maintain strong product knowledge to guide customers effectively
Work with CRM systems to track customer activities progress and milestones
Reporting & Process Management
Analyze customer data trends and usage patterns
Identify opportunities for stronger product adoption and customer growth
Maintain accurate records and documentation in CRM platforms
Prioritize multiple tasks and manage deadlines independently
