Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Enrollment Manager to join our team. The Enrollment Manager will be responsible for overseeing the enrollment process for new clients and ensuring a smooth transition into our services. This is a full-time permanent position with room for growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the enrollment process for new clients including reviewing applications conducting interviews and completing necessary paperwork

- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients providing them with information about our services and answering any questions they may have

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for attracting new clients and increasing enrollment numbers

- Ensure all enrollment procedures and policies are in compliance with company standards and regulations

- Monitor enrollment trends and make recommendations for improvements and adjustments as needed

- Train and supervise enrollment staff providing guidance and support as needed

- Act as a liaison between clients and other departments within the company to ensure a seamless enrollment process

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all enrolled clients and their information

- Participate in company meetings and provide updates on enrollment numbers and strategies

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in enrollment or sales management preferably in the real estate industry

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Knowledge of real estate industry and enrollment processes

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
