Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our real estate projects from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a passion for real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain project plans timelines and budgets

- Coordinate and lead project team meetings

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget

- Communicate project updates to stakeholders including clients contractors and team members

- Identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may arise during the project

- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality and safety standards are being met

- Manage and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers

- Develop relationships with key stakeholders to ensure project success

- Prepare and present project reports to senior management

- Continuously look for ways to improve processes and increase efficiency in project management

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in project management construction management or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management preferably in the real estate industry

- Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
