Job Summary
Retail Project Consultant Roofing (W2)
Hargrove Roofing & Construction
If youre competitive moneymotivated and tired of slow sales cycles or insurance work this is your chance to get into a true retail onecallclose role with real building a new retail division and looking for driven sales reps who want control over their income and a clear path to grow.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Generating your own leads through field work and doortodoor outreach
- Meeting directly with homeowners for roof inspections and consultations
- Presenting solutions and closing deals on the spot (onecall close)
- Learning and using proven sales scripts and systems
- Managing your pipeline and followups
The first few weeks are handson and fieldfocused: lead generation learning the process and getting comfortable in the role. Paid training provided

Compensation & Benefits:
- W2 position
- Paid training
- Uncapped commission structure (discussed during interview)
- Realistic earning potential: $70000$250000 first year
