This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The Project Manager will report directly to the Director of Operations and will be responsible for managing various projects from start to finish.
As a Project Manager at Paradise Architectural PANELS & STEEL you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our projects from initial planning to final completion. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are delivered within budget on time and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with our clients suppliers and internal teams to ensure that all project requirements are met and that all stakeholders are kept informed throughout the process.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project plans timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations
- Identify and manage project risks and issues
- Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders
- Manage project resources and ensure efficient utilization
- Oversee project quality control and ensure adherence to specifications
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide timely updates to the Director of Operations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that project deliverables are met
- Review and approve project invoices and expenses
- Handle any project changes or scope creep effectively
- Participate in project post-mortems to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in engineering Construction Management or a related field
- 2 years of experience in project management preferably in the construction industry
- Strong project management skills including planning budgeting and resource management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of construction processes and materials
