About the Role

As an Advertisers Support Specialist youll:

• Assist advertisers and agencies with post-sales support and technical guidance.
• Resolve issues via chat email and phone (outbound calls required).
• Provide insights to improve user experience and satisfaction.
• Work with small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to help them succeed.
• Identify trends and provide solutions for technical challenges.

Your Profile

• Spanish C2 level and fluency in English.
• EU nationality or Portuguese residence card
• Highschool Diploma
• Passionate about customer support and advertising.
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts.
