Hours per week: 36

Contract Duration: 6 months (with possible 6-month extension)

Role Overview

We are seeking two experienced Senior Scrum Masters to support multiple teams in advancing Agile ways of working and accelerating organizational transformation. The role focuses on guiding teams in adopting and optimizing Scrum Kanban or Lean methodologies while fostering continuous improvement and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Determine and implement the most suitable Agile framework (Scrum Kanban or Lean) for each team
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups Sprint Planning Reviews Retrospectives)
  • Coach and support teams Product Owners and stakeholders in Agile practices
  • Identify and remove impediments affecting team performance
  • Promote collaboration transparency and continuous improvement across teams

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in complex environments
  • Proven experience managing and coaching multiple teams simultaneously
  • Strong communication facilitation and coaching skills
  • Scrum Master certification (e.g. CSM PSM II or higher)
  • Experience in team coaching (certification is a plus)
