Job Summary

The purpose of this role is to independently execute the campaign process from instruction receipt to file production with the highest level of accuracy. This role understands customises and optimises the entire campaign management process to include new campaign requirements development test production execution and quality control. This role oversee the campaign execution of other team members ensuring quality delivery across the team.

Responsibilities &Key Deliverables

Analyse Functional Requirements and suggest/recommend/advise technical
solution and approach
Co-Create Technical Design document Review and Approve tech designs
Leaddevelopment activities and report periodically the status riskand issues.
Lead 3 to 4 technical developers
Problem / Issues analyzing and debugging skills.

Experience

8 years of Experience

Minimum 4 to 5 years of Service and Sales cloud technical experience (Service Cloud)

Industry PreferredQualifications

Btech

General Requirements

Good Hands in Sales/Service/Experience Cloud
(Must) Technically skilled well on application customization configuration and APIs.
Performed Code review and Code Optimization on Apex/Aura/LWC.
Very good Apex/Aura/LWC skills/Flows
Must have either an Integration or a Data Architect Certification or experience
