Job Summary
Platform Development: Managed firmware for complex embedded platforms
Firmware Strategy: Lead the development and validation execution for
semiconductor and automotive product lines aligning technical roadmaps with
business growth.
Revenue Generation: Spearheaded strategic customer design-in initiatives.
Global Leadership: Manage and mentor high-performing multi-continental
teams to drive productivity and innovation.
Technical Execution: Drive the end-to-end firmware lifecycle-from initial
architecture and hardware bring-up to production release.
Product Innovation: New Application area identification and repurpose an
existing silicon system for newer application.
Quality Assurance: Involved in Architecting and Designing automation process
for setting up advanced test suites to identify issues early enhancing test
coverage and product quality.
