Role Definition:
Roles at this level are responsible for contributing to the effective functioning of project quality management system and lessons learned management system
Key Responsibility:
Operational
-Provides comprehensive regulatory reports and reviews and consolidates them to ensure effective project quality management documentation
-Carries out the delegated activities to support the delivery of project assurance reviews scheduled reviews and phase gate review
-Contributes to reviewing existing operations in own area of work and generate new ideas to assist in identifying continuous improvements
-Implementation of deviation management process in assigned projects.
- Ensures implementation of risk evaluation process for critical purchase orders in all assigned projects
-Supports DH and the Lead on all Project Quality related activities
-Assists the Lead in all matters relating to the project quality management and ensure appropriate levels of quality surveillance inspection and control within applicable areas of project execution and delivery
-Participates in QA/QC activities during the execution of the project
- Supports in implementation of lessons learned management system across all disciplines in assigned projects
-Handling 3 small projects and 2 mid size projects
-Working under supervision

Number of Projects Handled: 3 small projects & 2 mid-size projects working under supervision
Education Experience:
Bachelors degree in Engineering discipline
8 years of total experience in a Quality management role preferably with large EPC organisations
