The role

As an Administrative Officer keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes supporting projects and daytoday work that helps deliver outcomes for Aboriginal people and communities. Its about organising meetings preparing papers and briefings keeping records up to date and doing the research and coordination that helps others make informed decisions. Youll also stay connected with people across the team and our partners sharing updates and helping everything stay on track.

The work can move quickly with competing priorities and the need to respond to a range of enquiries. We work through this by staying organised working independently and keeping communication clear and respectful. Its important that everything we do follows the right processes and supports wellcoordinated reliable outcomes.
