Job Summary
Cronos Europa is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to support a longterm project within a large European publicsector IT environment onsite in Warsaw Poland.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for the administration configuration and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform ensuring stability security and alignment with business needs in a complex IT landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform (ITSM and related modules)
- Ensure platform performance availability and security
- Support upgrades fixes and continuous improvements
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Support integrations with external systems (REST LDAP SSO Web Services)
- Produce and maintain technical documentation and SOPs
Required Profile
- Bachelors degree in IT or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of IT experience including 2 years as ServiceNow Administrator
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and integrations
- Knowledge of MariaDB
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA and CAD or equivalent)
- English level B2 or higher
