Globe Theatre Trust Board

Applications are open to fill one trustee position on the Globe Theatre Trust Board from 16 August 2026.

The Globe Theatre is a fully equipped two theatre performance venue for hire run by and for the community. Its home to the Manawatū Theatre Society one of the Citys most active amateur dramatic groups. It fills a niche in the city as an intimate performance space for professional acts from music through to stand-up comedy.

Are you passionate about the performing arts Were looking for someone who is committed to community theatre whether youre a performer or just like to watch. Expertise in finance and/or marketing and an eye for design would be an advantage.

Regent Theatre Trust Board

Applications are open to fill two trustee positions on the Regent Theatre Trust Board from 30 June and 1 November 2026.

The Regent on Broadway is a world-class heritage auditorium with 1400 seats hosting live performances community events graduations and the performing arts. It attracts international national and local performances and is available for use by the community and various community groups.

Trustees are typically appointed for up to three years at a rate of $1020 per annum.
