As the General Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. Your duties will include:

• Providing strategic leadership to achieve the hotels financial and operational objectives.
• Developing and implementing innovative strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
• Fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork among staff members promoting professional development and empowerment.
• Maintaining high standards of service cleanliness and safety throughout the property.
• Establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders including guests staff suppliers and local authorities.
• Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for differentiation and expansion.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in a Hotel Management/Operational Manager role
• Demonstrated strategic and operational leadership experience with the ability to clearly articulate direction and coach the team.
• A proven track record of maintaining excellent product and service standards. 
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and learning
• Ability to build maintain and seek new opportunities / partnerships within the local market
• A positive and energetic attitude
• An infectious passion for delivering a memorable guest experience and creating loyalty of guests.
