The Alaska Court System is seeking aTherapeutic Courts Administrative Program Manager (salary range 14)to provide comprehensive administrative fiscal and grant support for statewide therapeutic court programs. This position plays a central role in ensuring efficient and compliant program operations by managing invoices and p-card transactions tracking expenditures supporting budget development and reconciliation and ensuring adherence to funding requirements. The role also supports contract tracking financial reporting and provides analysis on projections trends and costs to support informed decision-making.
This position serves as a key administrative hub for staff therapeutic court teams and community partners delivering responsive support and coordination across a wide range of functions. Responsibilities include managing calendars and timesheets coordinating meetings and communications overseeing required monthly and quarterly reports and maintaining program accounts and organizational records. The Administrative Program Manager also leads procurement and supply management efforts coordinates staff travel and reimbursementsincluding statewide conference logistics such as the All Rise Conferenceand ensures timely onboarding and offboarding of staff in collaboration with HR IT and leadership.
Working under the direction of the Therapeutic Courts Program Coordinator this role operates with a high degree of independence while partnering closely with internal departments and stakeholders. The position also supports grant coordination by tracking deadlines and deliverables assisting with reports and applications and maintaining accurate documentation for audits and monitoring. This position is in the partially-exempt service; the incumbent serves at-will to the hiring authority.The Work Hours
This position is scheduled to work 37.5 hours per week. The work hours for this position are Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with a one-hour lunch break.

Minimum Qualifications
A high school diploma or GED with two years of progressively responsible administrative or clerical experience that included duties such as office coordination recordkeeping tracking financial or program information processing invoices or payments coordinating schedules supporting reporting and documentation requirements and/or assisting with grant tracking reporting or compliance activities.
OR
An associates degree from an accredited college in business administration accounting office administration or a closely related field may substitute for one year of required experience.
OR
A bachelors degree from an accredited college in business administration accounting public administration or a closely related field may substitute for all of the required experience.Additional Required Information
