As aClinic Admissions Associateat ABC you are the first point of connection for families beginning their journey into ABA this role youll guide families through the admissions process with empathy and care helping them feel supported informed and confident every step of the way.

This is more than an administrative role its an opportunity to build meaningful relationships create exceptional first impressions and help expand access to life-changing care for children with autism and their families.

What you will be doing at ABC:

• Responsible for the day-to-day administrative functionsfor our busy clinics such as document management keeping track of people things and internal external communication with referral sources
• Give great support toinbound callsfrom both prospective current clients/families
• You willbecome asubject matter expert on autismin order to help others understand how we help our children how we can help them
• Handle variousmarketing admissions tasksto support the work of our operations manager and clinical leadership
• Embody our core values (Learning Team Excellence Caring and Fun!) and be a cultural role model for your teammates

• 1-2 years experiencein administrative work customer service client relations or related areas.

• High School Diploma or GED Required.Bachelors Degree preferred.
