The Boeing CompanyBoeing is looking for Associate Government Procurement Financial Analysts to join our team at either of our beautiful locations in Hazelwood MO or Mesa AZ.
As a part of the Government Procurement Financial Analysis (PFA) team PFAs support the development of the negotiation positions for the procurement of goods and services by conducting cost/price analysis of supplier proposals. PFAs support U.S. Government Foreign Military Sale and Direct Commercial Sale type contracts across multiple programs and platforms. Quantitative and statistical methods are used to correlate compile and analyze supplier cost and non-cost data.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication strong presentation and attention to detail skills.
Position Responsibilities:
Analyze supplier proposals to determine a fair and reasonable price position
Conduct cost/price analyses using statistical tools market trend data and parametric models
Substantiate cost estimates and lead supplier and customer negotiations
Cross functional collaboration with Finance Engineering and Supply Chain
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and regulatory agency requirements
Ability to travel if needed
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree or higher
1 years of experience in business-related function (including but not limited to: Finance Contracts Estimating Procurement Financial Analysis Business Operations Supplier Management)
1 years of experience in Microsoft Office (i.e. Outlook Excel Word Power Point etc.)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience with and/or exposure to supplier related data
Experience in performing business case or financial analysis
