About the Role
Were seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Minnamurra team in a permanent parttime this role youll deliver highquality personcentred clinical care that supports residents to live well with dignity and purpose. Youll build meaningful relationships respond to changing care needs and guide your care team with confidence and compassion.
Your regular weekly shifts will be:
Tues - Fri Night: 10pm - 7am

About You
Youre a compassionate residentfocused Registered Nurse who thrives in a team environment and leads with integrity. You bring strong clinical judgement confidence in managing care needs and the ability to support others.
To succeed in this role you will have:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Sound clinical experience ideally with at least two years practice as an RN enabling you to feel confident as the senior clinician during night shifts
Experience supervising or supporting care teams
Strong communication skills and a warm personcentred approach
Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
Ability to prioritise stay organised and work within your scope
Commitment to inclusivity accountability compassion and teamwork
