We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse(Enrolled Nurses are encouraged to apply) who aligns with our values of respectcourage partnership and excellence to join our Rockhampton team.

About the role

  • Location: Rockhampton
  • Hours: 2 days per week
  • Immediate start available
  • Casual role potential to transition to permanentif desired

In this role you will deliver specialised high-quality sexual and reproductive health care while building respectful and trusting relationships with clients. You will work with autonomy and professionalism supported by a collaborative team focused on achieving the best possible healthoutcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe ethical and high-quality nursingcare taking accountability for your professional conduct and clinical practice

  • Provide specialised nursing care in sexual and reproductive health in line with Trues philosophy and standards
  • Practice in accordance with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) codes and standards Clinical PracticeGuidelines and organisational policies
  • Contribute to high-quality clinical service delivery and positive client outcomes
  • Collaborate with the Senior Nursing Officer to support clinical leadership and best practice
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives research and assurance activities
  • Identify areas for improvement in policies and procedures and contribute to their development and review

What youll bring

Current registration as a Registered Nurse in Australia (Enrolled Nurses also encouraged to apply)

Experience or a strong interest in sexual and reproductive health

Commitment to values-based person-centred care

Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

A proactive approach to continuous improvement and professional development
