Being in an ambitious business moment there is an open role of GM with a mission that must evolve from an operational-driven model toward a strategic and business partnering position with full responsibility for Spanish P&L defining & executing subsidiary strategy with focus on Business Development and Financial & Operations performance.

The role demands: Strategic direction combined with hands-on operational execution. Organizational reorganization providing strategic market and BD oversight. Strengthened leadership discipline and accountability. Alignment of successful local execution with Group priorities

This role ensures strategic excellence aligning teams driving accountability empowering people to achieve professional excellence.

The position plays a key role in positioning the company as a true engineering partner.

Your responsibilities:

Define and drive the overall strategy of the business unit in alignment with the group taking full ownership of the P&L.

Oversee all operations: production engineering sales and support functions.

Ensure operational excellence (quality cost delivery safety).

Drive business development especially with strategic clients defining and implementing product and industrial strategies.

Lead transformation projects (organization operation ERP processes).

Report regularly on financial and operational performance.

Lead structure and develop teams while maintaining strong engagement.

Embody and deploy the groups culture and values locally.

Lead a strategic industrial SME within a structured and ambitious group.

Take on a full leadership role with direct impact on performance and strategy.

Required Skills & Abilities:

Degree in Engineering complemented by an MBA or commercial leadership program.

10 years of experience in engineering special complex industrial systems.

Strong leadership and ability to engage technical teams

Ability to translate market needs into technical solutions and roadmaps.

Long-term systems-level thinking (25-year horizon).

Ability to operate in ambiguity and evolving organizational contexts.

High credibility with senior stakeholders internally and externally.

Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).
