We are now looking for the founders of our next venture in the Real Estate space.

What youll do:

As a founder youll be in the driving seat launching and leading your company. Well invest in you and be your co-founding partners equipping you with strategic financial and operational support in all the key areas (Product Tech Legal Finance Business Development Fundraising and Talent) to quickly go from 0 to 1.

As a Co-Founder you will be responsible for:

• Designing commercial product and growth strategies

• Building leading and motivating a strong team

• Overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission

• Analyzing problematic situations and occurrences and providing solutions to ensure company survival and growth

• Reviewing financial and non-financial results to devise solutions or improvements

• Maintaining deep knowledge of the market and industry of the company

• Building trust with key partners and stakeholders

• Presenting the Companys vision roadmap and results to shareholders and potential investors

What Were Looking For

• Proven track record in taking things from 0 to 1 and getting your hands dirty

• 5 years of experience in the tech/startup industry having previously held a Leadership position

• Excellent communication and public speaking skills in English and Spanish

• Proved entrepreneurial and analytical mindset in finding solutions to complex problems with limited resources

• Being comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of uncertainty
