Our venture Ermine was born from this vision. Built alongside Erhardt Ermine is a cutting-edge SaaS platform that centralizes Risk Management Audit ESG and Quality in one placeautomating evidence collection ensuring traceability and increasing operational efficiency.

About the Role

We are looking for a Founder/CEO with the relentless drive to transform a disruptive tech platform into an international leader. Someone who has taken a B2B digital product from 0 to scale closed complex enterprise deals raised capital and built a world-class team.

You must be the bridge between cutting-edge technology strategy and aggressive business execution.

Responsibilities

As CEO & Co-Founder your mission will be:

Fundraising & Capital
  • Lead capital raising end to end: from crafting the investment narrative and pitch deck to closing rounds (Seed Series A or beyond).

  • Build and cultivate relationships with top-tier investors: VCs Business Angels Family Offices and strategic public grants (R&D).

Strategy & Growth
  • Design and execute an aggressive growth strategy to dominate the global Audit 4.0 and Risk Management market nationally and internationally.

  • Manage P&L burn rate and key metrics (MRR ARR CAC LTV NRR churn) to maintain consistent growth.

  • Report to the Board of Directors (Byld Erhardt) on progress and strategic decisions.

Digital Product & SaaS Sales
  • Own the B2B commercial pipeline and close enterprise contractslong sales cycles multi-stakeholder deals.

  • Build a scalable repeatable sales engine with clear pricing upselling and account expansion playbooks.

Product & Team
  • Build and lead a high-performance team through an outstanding startup culture.

  • Collaborate with product and tech to prioritize roadmap based on market feedback and customer discovery.

What you need to bring (key requirements)

These are the 5 fundamental pillars were looking for:
1. Proven entrepreneurial experience in digital/SaaS environments
  • Proven track record in high-growth B2B SaaS startupsideally as founder co-founder or early C-level executive having taken a digital product from 0 to scale.

  • Mastery of SaaS metrics: MRR ARR churn NRR CAC LTV.

  • Hands-on mentality: comfortable wearing multiple hats from configuring the CRM to closing the first 50 enterprise deals yourself.

2. Experience raising capital
  • Track record closing investment rounds (Seed Series A or beyond) and crafting compelling investment narratives and pitch decks.

  • Established network within the investor ecosystem: VCs Business Angels Family Offices.

  • Experience with public funding instruments (R&D&i grants ENISA CDTI) is a strong plus.

3. Digital product sales experience
  • Expertise in closing complex B2B contractslong cycles multiple decision-makers high-value deals.

  • Experience building and leading commercial teams from scratch with hands-on knowledge of pricing upselling cross-selling and account expansion.

Nice to have

  • Established network of professionals companies and decision-makers in the Audit GRC ESG or Quality sector who could be potential clients partners or advocates for Ermine.

  • Deep knowledge of the Audit GRC (Governance Risk & Compliance) ESG or Quality sector and the future of compliance and control.

  • You aspire to change how Audit 4.0 and control processes are developed in SMEs and roll it out on an international scale.

  • Familiarity with RegTech LegalTech or GovTech ecosystems.

  • Exceptional communication skills in both Spanish and English (written verbal and presentations).
