Job Summary

The People Business Partner Agency Management will serve as the key HR partner supporting the Agency/Field Sales workforce. The role is responsible for driving end-to-end people management processes for agents with a strong focus on recruitment onboarding engagement welfare performance support and MIS reporting.

The role holder will also support broader People & Culture initiatives and provide operational HR support across the business when required.

This role requires a highly organized people-centered and hands-on HR professional who can work effectively in a fast-paced sales-driven environment while maintaining strong employee relations and operational excellence.


Required Skills:

1. Agency Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment of agents (field sales personnel).
  • Work closely with Agency leadership to identify manpower needs.
  • Source screen and coordinate interviews for agency candidates.
  • Support recruitment campaigns roadshows and talent pipeline initiatives.
  • Ensure timely hiring to meet business growth targets.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.

2. Onboarding & Induction

  • Coordinate onboarding processes for newly recruited agents.
  • Facilitate orientation and induction programs.
  • Ensure completion of all onboarding documentation and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor onboarding experience and resolve onboarding challenges promptly.

3. Agent Welfare & Employee Relations

  • Serve as the first point of contact for agent welfare matters as prescribed by policy.
  • Handle employee concerns grievances and disciplinary issues professionally.
  • Promote employee engagement and positive workplace culture among agents.
  • Coordinate wellness recognition and morale-boosting initiatives.
  • Support conflict resolution and foster healthy working relationships.

4. MIS Reporting & HR Analytics

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date agent records and HR databases.
  • Prepare periodic HR and agency reports including:
    • Recruitment status
    • Headcount reports
    • Onboarding statistics
  • Support data analysis and provide insights to management for decision-making.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee data.

5. HR Operations & Generalist Support

  • Support broader HR initiatives across the organization.
  • Assist in performance management processes.
  • Support training coordination and employee engagement activities.
  • Participate in HR projects and organizational initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the People & Culture team when required.
