The People Business Partner Agency Management will serve as the key HR partner supporting the Agency/Field Sales workforce. The role is responsible for driving end-to-end people management processes for agents with a strong focus on recruitment onboarding engagement welfare performance support and MIS reporting.
The role holder will also support broader People & Culture initiatives and provide operational HR support across the business when required.
This role requires a highly organized people-centered and hands-on HR professional who can work effectively in a fast-paced sales-driven environment while maintaining strong employee relations and operational excellence.
Required Skills:
1. Agency Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment of agents (field sales personnel).
- Work closely with Agency leadership to identify manpower needs.
- Source screen and coordinate interviews for agency candidates.
- Support recruitment campaigns roadshows and talent pipeline initiatives.
- Ensure timely hiring to meet business growth targets.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.
2. Onboarding & Induction
- Coordinate onboarding processes for newly recruited agents.
- Facilitate orientation and induction programs.
- Ensure completion of all onboarding documentation and compliance requirements.
- Monitor onboarding experience and resolve onboarding challenges promptly.
3. Agent Welfare & Employee Relations
- Serve as the first point of contact for agent welfare matters as prescribed by policy.
- Handle employee concerns grievances and disciplinary issues professionally.
- Promote employee engagement and positive workplace culture among agents.
- Coordinate wellness recognition and morale-boosting initiatives.
- Support conflict resolution and foster healthy working relationships.
4. MIS Reporting & HR Analytics
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date agent records and HR databases.
- Prepare periodic HR and agency reports including:
- Recruitment status
- Headcount reports
- Onboarding statistics
- Support data analysis and provide insights to management for decision-making.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee data.
5. HR Operations & Generalist Support
- Support broader HR initiatives across the organization.
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Support training coordination and employee engagement activities.
- Participate in HR projects and organizational initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the People & Culture team when required.
