Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced AI Project Manager to lead and coordinate enterprise AI initiatives across business and technology teams. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end execution of AI-driven programs aligning stakeholders driving project timelines and ensuring successful delivery of AI solutions across multiple functions.
The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise experience working with AI/ML-driven initiatives and the ability to collaborate closely with leadership business users engineering teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead planning execution and delivery of AI-related projects across multiple teams.
- Coordinate between business stakeholders product teams engineering teams and leadership.
- Manage project scope timelines risks dependencies and delivery milestones.
- Track progress and provide regular executive-level status reporting.
- Drive cross-functional alignment for AI adoption and implementation initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops stakeholder discussions and solution planning sessions.
- Ensure governance documentation and project execution standards are maintained.
- Identify blockers and proactively drive issue resolution.
Required Skills:
- Strong Project Management experience in enterprise environments.
- Experience supporting AI/ML GenAI or data-driven technology initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum Kanban and enterprise delivery models.
- Strong Jira reporting and execution tracking experience.
- Ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred Skills:
- PMP Scrum Master or Agile certifications.
- Experience working with enterprise AI transformation programs.
- Exposure to cloud platforms and AI delivery frameworks.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
- Contribute to OP technical discussions peer reviews etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
