Job Summary
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or another related field or equivalent work experience. Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum is required.
- Seven years of experience in information systems development.
- Seven years of experience in using Microsoft Project or similar project management software to track and maintain projects.
- Seven years of experience in developing detailed project documentation.
- Seven years of experience with change management procedures.
- Seven years of experience with information security and risk management standards.
- Seven years of experience with managing a mix of local/virtual teams.
- Seven years of experience with agile methods and techniques.
- Five years of experience with management and facilitation of external stakeholder groups.
- Five years of grant development and management.
