Main Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the commercial and operational activities of the boutique.
Analyze sales KPIs and monitor store performance.
Implement action plans focused on achieving sales objectives.
Ensure excellence in customer service and a premium in-store experience.
Train motivate and develop the sales team.
Monitor internal procedures and visual merchandising standards.
Identify opportunities for improvement and business growth.
Manage incidents and ensure smooth communication between headquarters and the boutique.
Participate in store openings events and commercial actions.
Travel when required for training support or corporate meetings.

Requirements:

Minimum 35 years of experience as a Store Manager Area Manager Retail Manager or similar position preferably within premium/luxury fashion or the bridal sector.
Strong commercial mindset and analytical skills.
Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
Passion for fashion attention to detail and customer experience.
High level of English (minimum B2/C1). Spanish is highly appreciated.
Availability to travel when required.
Strong organizational skills autonomy and problem-solving capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and commercial reporting tools.
Passion for bridal fashion styling and delivering an emotional and memorable customer experience.
Proactive team-oriented and results-driven profile.
