Job Summary
We are looking for an AI Coach to help business and technical teams adopt implement and maximize the value of AI solutions across the organization. This role will serve as a hands-on guide for teams helping them understand AI capabilities improve workflows and drive practical adoption of AI tools and strategies.
The ideal candidate will combine strong business communication skills with practical AI knowledge and the ability to work closely with multiple teams in a highly collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach teams on AI adoption strategies and best practices.
- Work directly with business users and technical teams to identify AI opportunities.
- Help translate business challenges into practical AI use cases.
- Support the implementation and adoption of AI tools across departments.
- Provide hands-on guidance during workshops planning sessions and team engagements.
- Assist with process improvement and operational efficiency through AI solutions.
- Partner with leadership to drive organizational AI readiness and transformation.
- Ensure teams are effectively leveraging AI tools for productivity and delivery improvement.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of AI/ML and GenAI concepts.
- Experience supporting AI adoption or AI transformation initiatives.
- Strong consulting coaching and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
- Experience working across business and technical teams.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving and execution mindset.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with enterprise AI tools and platforms.
- Background in digital transformation or change management.
- Exposure to cloud AI services and enterprise architecture.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
- Contribute to OP technical discussions peer reviews etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
