Salary Range: $131010 $196300 per year (Final compensation will be determined depending on experience)
Job Description About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Rack Level Integration Engineer to join a leading global innovator in data infrastructure and semiconductor solutions. This onsite role in Santa Clara is critical for validating and integrating next-generation Photonic Fabric and AI compute rack components. You will be responsible for the end-to-end hardware/software assembly testing and documentation of high-performance computing systems.
Key Responsibilities: * Integration & Validation: Lead the integration of advanced Photonic Fabric with AI compute racks including high-end servers networking switches and cooling systems.

Hands-on Setup: Perform racking and stacking of hardware and configure smart Power Distribution Units (PDUs) for optimal efficiency.

Performance Testing: Conduct rigorous testing to ensure component performance cross-compatibility and seamless connectivity to meet global reliability standards.

Process Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation for all integration and validation processes.
Requirements: * Experience: Minimum of 3 years of direct hands-on experience in rack-level integration within a data center or high-tech manufacturing environment.

Education: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field. (Masters/PhD with 2-3 years of experience is also highly considered).

Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of AI compute rack configurations and specific component functionality.

Analytical Skills: Strong ability to troubleshoot complex hardware/software integration issues.
